It’s not just people who dress up in costumes for Halloween anymore.  Since many Americans now consider their pets part of their family, they’re getting them decked out too – and taking them to Halloween pet parades, costume contests, and even trick-or-treating.  VOA’s Deborah Block went to a pet store in Virginia, where people were having fun trying the array of costumes on their dogs
