Among State of the Union Guests, Cuba Policy Divides

In a U.S. Congress deeply divided along party lines, one foreign policy issue crosses the aisle: Cuba. After President Barack Obama announced last month renewed diplomatic ties for the first time in decades, Democrats and some Republicans supported the move. But a core group of lawmakers were standing their ground – right up until hours before the president’s annual State of the Union address. VOA’s Victoria Macchi reports.
