Interview: Russian Official Who Quit Ministry Warns Of Cultural ‘Isolationism’

Yevgeny Savostyanov, the head of Russia’s Coordination Council on Intellectual Property Protection, says the country is heading toward an era of cultural “isolationism” where artists who don’t toe the Kremlin line will be muzzled.
